This past weekend I attended the wedding of two of my friends, and had such a great time! The weather that day was beautiful - sunny and not too hot - definitely deserving of a beautiful outdoor wedding ceremony. I teamed up with Rent the Runway to share another wedding guest look as apart of my Wedding Style Series! You can see my other two posts here (Club Monaco) and here (Flynn Skye). The Club Monaco dress was definitely a favorite; I got such amazing feedback and just wanted to take the time to say thank YOU for reading my posts and sharing your thoughts with me. Transitioning into the fall season, I wanted to wear something classic in a darker shade, so I went with this classy, . . .
As soon as I saw this dress on Shopbop's website, I knew I had to have it! I had been lusting over MLM Label's pieces on Shopbop and Revolve for a few months, and once I saw one of their pieces in my favorite color - I knew it was a must! On the day that I shot this with Nick in the West Village, it was probably 100 degrees and my hair wasn't exactly working to my advantage, but I think this dress does the talking for itself. It's classy and subtle while still showing a little skin (and seriously staying on-trend with the off-the-shoulder look). I paired this top from Style Mafia with leather shorts that I snatched up last week from Alba Boutique in Hoboken and my Valentino heels. I didn't expect the sleeves to be as overstated as they were, but I liked them, and that's definitely Style Mafia's signature look! I think it's important to pair this type of top with less dramatic bottoms and definitely understated jewelry, if any. Shop the . . .
In a previous post, I took the time to really think about and define my personal style. I've always loved to pair feminine pieces with slightly edgier pieces to give the look some flare. You might remember how I styled this choker, this casual crop top, and paired my black Rockstuds with a floral skirt. Shop the Post This time around, I styled these cat-eye sunglasses from Urban with a little, black off-the-shoulder dress from H&M (seriously, a steal!) This dress is one of my favorites for the summer, it's unbelievably soft (10/10 have worn it as pajamas, too). I even ended up purchasing this dress because of the similarity, but different print. But seriously - this dress is only . . .
